To register and use ZongBet, you must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. ZongBet strictly prohibits the use of its platform by anyone under the age of 18. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
ZongBet may request documentary evidence of age at any time, including during the account registration process, at the point of first withdrawal, or at any later stage during your membership. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe — typically 72 hours of the request — may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.
ZongBet utilises industry-standard age verification procedures and cooperates with responsible gaming bodies to ensure its services are not accessed by minors. Any account found to be registered by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited and deposits will be returned minus any bonuses already used.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one ZongBet account. Registering multiple accounts — whether in your own name, using another person's details or under a fictitious identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
When registering at ZongBet, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address and your date of birth. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. ZongBet is not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ZongBet account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity carried out using your ZongBet account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ZongBet support immediately via live chat or at support@zongbet.app.
ZongBet reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Accounts that are found to have been registered using false information, on behalf of another person without their consent, or in circumvention of a previous suspension or closure, will be terminated without notice.
ZongBet accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit at ZongBet is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. ZongBet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If ZongBet identifies that a deposit has been made from a payment account not registered to the ZongBet account holder, that deposit may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
Deposits are credited to your ZongBet PKR balance in real time for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay. Bank transfer and card deposits may take up to two hours in exceptional cases. ZongBet does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of ZongBet.
ZongBet only processes transactions in PKR. There are no foreign currency conversions at any point on the platform. The balance you see is always in Pakistani Rupees.
ZongBet processes withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash accounts within 15 minutes in the vast majority of cases, around the clock. Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within two hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. VIP Club members from Gold tier upward benefit from priority withdrawal processing.
All withdrawals must be to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your ZongBet account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. ZongBet may request documentation confirming the ownership of your withdrawal account before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a defined threshold.
ZongBet reserves the right to apply a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) check before processing withdrawals. This may involve requesting a copy of your CNIC and a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address. These checks are a standard part of responsible platform operation and are not targeted at any specific account without cause. Completion of a KYC check is a condition of withdrawing funds from ZongBet.
Withdrawal requests that are associated with a pending bonus wagering requirement will be held until the wagering requirement is fulfilled. If you request a withdrawal before completing a bonus wagering requirement, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited. This condition is stated on each individual bonus offer at the time of acceptance.
ZongBet operates under the same transparent Terms and Conditions for every Pakistani player from Sukkur to Islamabad.
ZongBet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable) and expiry periods. The standard ZongBet welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Wagering contributions vary by game category: jackpot slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino table games contribute at a rate specified in the individual bonus terms; virtual sports bets may contribute at reduced rates. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per new ZongBet account. Existing members who create additional accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses will have all associated accounts closed and all balances forfeited. Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash directly until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full.
ZongBet reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including after it has been accepted by a member, if there is evidence of systematic exploitation of the offer's terms, collusion between accounts or any other activity that ZongBet considers to be an abuse of the promotion. In such cases, the bonus and any associated winnings may be removed from the account without prior notice.

In the event of a conflict between general ZongBet Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules take precedence for that game only.
All RNG-based games at ZongBet use independently certified random number generators. ZongBet publishes verified RTP (Return to Player) figures for all slot titles. These figures represent the long-run expected return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Past results on any ZongBet game have no bearing on future outcomes.
ZongBet strictly prohibits the use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players. The use of any such tools constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server errors, disconnections or display faults — the result of the affected round will be determined by ZongBet's server records, which are considered definitive. If a game round cannot be completed or verified due to a technical error on ZongBet's infrastructure, the relevant stake will be refunded to the player's PKR balance. ZongBet is not liable for any claimed winnings from rounds that cannot be verified.
The ZongBet VIP Club is a loyalty programme open to all registered members. Membership is automatic from the moment of first deposit — no application is required. Members progress through five tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) based on accumulated loyalty points earned on all eligible wagers.
ZongBet reserves the right to modify VIP Club tier thresholds, cashback rates, earn rates and associated benefits at any time with at least 14 days' notice to affected members. Accumulated points that have already been credited to an account will not be retroactively reduced. Any changes to the VIP programme will be announced on the ZongBet platform and communicated to members via email.
VIP tier status is reviewed on a rolling 12-month basis. Members who do not maintain the minimum points accumulation required for their current tier during the review period will have their tier adjusted accordingly at the next review date. ZongBet will provide advance notice of any pending tier reduction. Weekly cashback credits under the VIP programme carry no wagering requirement and can be withdrawn or used to bet immediately upon credit to the PKR balance.

ZongBet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, using automated betting tools, exploiting bonus terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, abusive behaviour toward ZongBet staff, or any activity that ZongBet reasonably considers harmful to the platform or other players.
In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, ZongBet may freeze the account and all associated funds pending investigation. ZongBet will cooperate with any relevant Pakistani regulatory or law enforcement bodies in connection with any such investigation. Funds held in a suspended account will not be accessible to the account holder until the investigation is concluded.
You may close your ZongBet account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any positive PKR balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your nominated payment method, subject to standard KYC verification and provided that no active wagering requirement applies to part of the balance.
All content on the ZongBet platform — including but not limited to the ZongBet brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, written content and software — is the intellectual property of ZongBet or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use ZongBet for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any ZongBet content without express prior written consent from ZongBet.
